Help me identify a movie

Hello, Guys i know that this website contains the most movie professionals and i am posting here because i lost hope finding this movie, so please help. I know that maybe my description is not that clear, but these are the scenes i remember. I saw the movie in 2000-2005 on cine 5 (turkish tv ) about a ship and a blonde sexy woman shooting a man with a gun and blood covers his chest (i think he was the captain)and uses him as her footrest. (As if they are playing a game) The man then wakes up as if nothing happened and has a conversation with the same cruel woman on the boat infront of the sea. Also, at the beginnning of the movie, the blonde woman uses her feet to seduce a man in the backseat of a car.
