The Sicilian Scene in True Romance.

The Langley Scene in Mission Impossible. The rest isn't particularly memorable or interesting.

Jeepers Creepers is pretty crap, but the opening is very suspenseful. Of course, it was entirely lifted from Unsolved Mysteries.

Drowning scene in Amityville 3 was much better than the rest of the movie.

The rest of Gladiator I can live without, but the last 20 minutes is a cinematic masterpiece. The scene where he's about to go through the gate and enter Heaven and then someone calls him and he snaps back, I never tire of it.
