It’s getting harder and harder to get a live voice on the phone
Is that bad sign? Is our economy so bad that businesses can’t afford to pay customer service representatives or outsource them to developing countries where there is a very thick language barrier?
I find voice automated menus extremely frustrating and cumbersome. I don’t think I’m alone, hence the “hidden” back door option of using code words to get a live representative or the old school “0” when it works (rarely now.)
