But that so is because the topic itself is defined within the context of the lottery. A non player does not care about losing.... as the dollar would be the loss.

Also a winner can't exist without a loser, the winners should be thankful the losers are around, they wouldn't be winners otherwise.
shareA while ago down here a guy won quite a bit of money on one of those scratch tickets. They did a story on him as he was really down on his luck before winning. Anyway, they got him to reenact the whole thing by buying another scratch ticket, when he said, "I've won" they thought he was acting.
Nope. He actually won another huge prize.
If you saw that in a movie you would say bullshit.
