Captain Jack -- I can still remember how I was taken by this song when I first heard it. That was in 1973 when Billy opened for The Beach Boys at the Miami Beach Convention Center during spring break.

HM for Scenes from an Italian Restaurant -- from 1976 to 1980, I rented my first apartment in Woodbury, N.Y. on Long Island. The neighboring town was Syosset, and it was there where my friends and I would go to Christiano's restaurant about two to three times a month. That was the actual restaurant written about in the song.

dmac8, the correct name of the song is Miami 2017, as in the year 2017, which, at the time, was forty one years in the future from when he released the song on 'Turnstiles' in 1976.
