New Travelling Wilburys line up - who would you pick?

Ok, it’s never going to happen, but if Jeff Lynne and Bob Dylan did decide to recruit some new Wilburys, who would you go for?

My picks: -
Joe Walsh
Bryan Adams
Paul McCartney

[EDIT] The reason I picked these three, is that they’ve all been produced by Jeff Lynne, so there would be a connection.

reply

Not Spyros, that's for sure.

But dump Adams for Mellencamp and I'd be with you.

reply

I don’t watch Billions, so I didn’t get the joke until I Googled it.

I chose Adams because Jeff Lynne had recently produced an album for him (same with Walsh & Macca).

reply

Graham Nash
Jimmy Buffet
Elvis Costello

Interesting mix. I’m not that up on Jimmy Buffett, so I’m going over to YouTube in order to acquaint myself with him.

reply

The internet was invented to be an international database of Jimmy Buffett song lyrics.

David Hasselhoff
William Shatner
John Tesh

Could we crowbar Debbie Harry in there too?

Awesome line up!

reply

I like the idea of an all female group, so I'll go with ...
Kate Bush
Susanna Hoffs
Rickie Lee Jones
Patti Smith
Patty Smyth
(I just had to include the last two. The eye and the why of it, you might say.)

reply

Maybe the last two could form a band and call it the Smiths (nope, already taken) or the Smyths.

reply

Stevie Wonder
Bruce Springsteen
Mick Jagger
Billy Joel

Rocking line up!
