Things that are irritating in movies/shows

Ok, I know it's in the script. But I can't stand:

When something is clearly someone's fault, and someone else is consoling them and telling them that is isn't. And they even cover it up so the person at fault has no consequences. Even worse is when the offender (who might even have caused innocent people to die) is a "hero" at the end, and never had to face the bad they did.

When a character is being a bitch/bastard and NOBODY tells them off. They all just stay silent and bend over backwards for the snotty one.

Same formula, different show. (Example -family sitcom with super-cool older sister/nerdy younger brother who hits on her friends and us shot down every time)

What irritates you?

Too much stupid CGI, explosions, and car/truck chases, and way too little writing, acting and direction.

The bumbling dummy of a husband with the beautiful, classy wife is an annoying character

Sort of a take-off on that:

Any time there is a male/female contest, the females are always winning by far, the men cheat and then lose anyway.

Yeah, it does get silly this whole 'boy vs girl' thing

How's about the 110 lady that beats the daylights out of a gang of hulking badguys
So stupid

When the villain can simply kill the hero but doesn't.

'You will die Mr. Bond, but not before I explain my entire plan to you and gloat for eight minutes'

Hate it XD

The parking spot directly in front of the destination...annoys me every time!

When the crazed killer seems 'dead enough' and everyone leaves it at that...you just know the killer is going to get up again for a cheap jump scare

30 year olds playing High School kids
'Hey, that boy has a receding hairline!'

When the phone keeps ringing and ringing and for whatever reason, movies like to go on forever until character picks up the phone. It's the most annoying thing ever and tons of movies do it.

Specific to horror movies:

The crazed killer is in the backseat and the dopey character doesn't notice when they get in

The car will not start!!!

The keys are tucked under the sun visor for some reason (anybody really do this?)
