Just watched Hateful Eight, took forever to get going

The payoff was nice but the opening third was painfully slow and dull. Django was way better.

I thought Django had an amazing first and second act, then threw that all away and collapsed into a silly parody of itself. Very disappointed by the last third, which killed my appreciation of the build-up.

I liked it more than Django but yes, it was a bit slow to start and the payoff was merely decent

I turned it off after 20 minutes.. I thought it was awful. I was only a fan of Tarantino 20 years ago because I only knew about 5 directors!
