It is an amazing movie full of cruelty, adventure, action and heroics and I loved every minute of it
'Masterpiece' is a bit hard to define and ultimately subjective...
I think Apocalypto rates a 10/10 if that means anything

One of the very few movies that have ever given me nightmares. The idea of being pursued like that is disturbing to me.
