What's your favorite cheese?

Swiss for me.
I tried Brie, but it gave me the runs.

The longer a cheese is aged, the less lactose it has, which is why swiss probably agrees with you.

Cheddar, colby, gruyere and havarti are other good examples.

For anyone who uses cream cheese for breakfast, I implore you to try goat cheese instead. Its soo delicious.

Goat cheese sounds more expensive and harder to find than conventional cream cheese. I wonder if I can find a small amount to try on a bagel.

Its actually quite affordable and all major grocery stores carry it. Its usually located in the produce section with the specialty cheese, not in the dairy aisle with the sliced cheeses.

Pretty much any smelly French cheese. The stronger, the better.
Burrata
