Woman signs consent form, still charges man with rape

I think the guy is some minor celebrity and he asked the woman to sign a video consent form on a phone app designed for the purpose. She agreed and is trying to change her mind after the fact. The court is considering whether to allow the evidence.

If this were a university, the man would already be expelled and blacklisted. This type of thing has already happened where a woman's phone records showed that she was making it up and she had actually been the one who raped him while he was passed out. He was the boyfriend of her roommate hence very convenient. The school was officially instructed by Obama era guidelines to not consider this evidence.

Rape should realistically not even be a crime unless there is proof. Instead we have guys doing things proactively as insurance policies against accusations.
