The way I see it, post WW2, America has always been Europe's security blanket against Russia. Now that America has turned into an isolationistic policy, China has become a threat since China and Russia are allies.

shareI'm from Europe and I haven't noticed a darn thing over here. People always seem to have been fond of the Chinese community (especially compared to other communities) although it appears new immigrants from China are bringing along some crime.
As for China, the superpower, now that's a different issue.
