Your teenage daughter just wants to live a normal teenage life, hanging out with her friends and such, but because of circumstances (I mean, she's the "First Daughter" of the United States!) it would be impossible to let her live a normal life.

What do you do?

Well tough luck. No sympathy. Children are the passengers of the family, parents are co-captains, and if I want to be Pres. she's gonna go along for the ride and reap all the privileges and benefits. And inconveniences.

Not much else you can do, except realize she is going through developmental phase of trying to "figure out her place in the World".
