Oscar, Bafta, whatever, which actors gave great performces, earned the acclaim, and then started to phone it in after.

I was going to use Matthew McConaughey as an example, but I did like Gold and White Boy Rick looks good. There's gotta be better examples.

Good call. He was amazing in The Pianist, and I can't vividly recall anything since.

Yeah, but she didn't really fully slack until her second Oscar. Weirdly enough I am watching The Core as I type this. Before you crucify me, I like to have terrible movies on while I movie chat so I don't have to pay much attention.
