Best tension scene
Tons of films have scenes that build tension beautifully but my favorite has to be the blood test scene from Carpenter's The Thing.
The look of fear on all the mens' faces is not just about the others but perhaps they themselves have become the thing and they don't even know it.
Having a couple of blokes tied to the "fucking couch!" also adds to the moment.
