A stray dog is not the same as your own dog Croft.

Particularly a dog that while walking around in the garden managed to upend an axe into its own head.

Anyway, that story is from 5 years ago - have they killed them all yet?

No offense, but Romania is a backwards country when it comes to the treatment of stray animals. Some have even referred to it as the greatest animal genocide in European history. I would post video about, but I decided it is so graphic. Shame on Romania.
