Probably Night but Dawn was a very close second
I enjoyed both remakes quite a lot too
I haven't seen any remake except for Dawn and it was ok. Probably the only watchable Zack Snyder movie besides 300. Fast zombies is just a little weird though. I don't mind it in theory, but in this series with that title it's a bit off.
shareI'm watching Survival of the Dead right now and it's way better than the previous 2. I do sort of like Land, with John Leguizamo and Dennis Hopper, but Survival is so much better than Diary which I can't stand.

Diary of the Dead was okay, but my opinion is biased because I like found footage or film footage movies.
And of course, Night of the Living Dead is a classic.

Best looking zombies & gore apart from the pink tongues. Even though Land is more recent I couldn't help thinking it was just people in makeup playing zombies.
