I would probably just stop using a movie chat board.

I don't know. I'd find... something, I guess. All the other imdb successor sites are lame compared to Moviechat, in my opinion. I'd settle somewhere, but I very much hope Moviechat is here to stay so I don't have to.

Nope, I've tried filmboards but nobody seems to be interested in talking about anything other than who doxxes, who trolls, who is having relationship etc
They also don't seem to have any long threads where people have conversations.
I guess this is my home until it isn't.

filmboards but neither place actually discusses movies like I'd like to. I've liked getting to know several people here though so I'd miss chatting with them or reading about their experiences. I could always make my own site for people to use.
