Do you hate asthma?

I think everybody recognizes that having asthma is a negative quality. But that does not mean we hate Martin Scorsese who has asthma. Martin Scorsese does not define himself by his asthma. However if he did, then we might hate him. If he was an asthma advocate who went around telling people that asthma is good and that asthma is overrepresented among Olympic athletes, then he would run the risk that many people might not approve.

I think the same is true for homosexuality. I am not Christian but I believe that homosexuality is probably caused by environmental pollution in the womb, and that we should research ways to prevent it perhaps by lowering inflammation. This does not mean I hate homosexuals. I am not a hateful person and actually feel sorry for people with homosexuality the same way I feel sorry for people with asthma. It's not actually that simple and I believe homosexuals have some advantages but I am only trying to illustrate a concept. So why if I complain about homosexuality people think I hate homosexuals, but if I complain about asthma, no one is confused to thinking I hate asthmatics?

I think the people who says these things accusing others of hate are themselves the hateful ones. I think they feel insecure about homosexuality being a good thing so they have this overreaction to criticism. So it is not me who hates homosexuals (homophobia). It is they who hate discussion (discussionphobia). Agree?

"About that let me say this." People can't help being homosexual so I don't hate them for that and so long as they conduct themselves in a reasonable manner and with discretion with regards to their sexuality then I have nothing against them.

However the more militant homosexuals who like to flaunt themselves in public via gay mardi gras and think that all of this gender fluid nonsense that they are forcing onto children in schools is a great idea I do not approve of at all.
