America is objectively the least racist country

America is the most multicultural. More people come to America than anywhere else, implicitly expecting to be treated better by Americans than by their own home countrymen. That is above and beyond. America is said to be backward and yet America is actually by far the most advanced country in the issue people consider to be the most important. It is astonishing that people would insult America for racism. To me, that is racist. When you attack America, you attack multiculturalism, because the problems of America are the problems of multiculturalism. We are experiencing them here first.

Interesting and thoughtful post. Some theorise that "racism" is an innate and inherited behaviour from the perspective of evolutionary psychology. One group oppresses another to maximise their own take of available resources. It makes sense.

If this theory is true then the current popular stance that "racism" is a personal defect of character that can be corrected is simplistic and just plain wrong. So the Social Justice Warriors can jump up and down all they like but it won't make "racism" go away because it's in the genes.

And if this evolutionary psychological explanation of "racism" is right it has serious implications for the whole ongoing project of the globalisation and multi-culturalising of the Western world. The project has been going more or less all right so far because times have been good. But if things go badly wrong in the future and push comes to shove and people start to revert to the evolutionary position of identifying with their own against outsiders things could get ugly, really ugly.
