All live-action Star Wars
Rank them from your favorite to least, here are mine:
Empire Strikes Back - A perfect film in its original form.
Star Wars (A New Hope) - Also perfect, not quite as enjoyable as Empire, but only by a hair.
Return of the Jedi - Great. I have a couple issues, mostly with pacing. I don't mind the ewoks.
Solo - Surpisingly great. Lots of characters I care about already and doing them justice, but also new ones I fully responded to. Great action, great lore.
The Force Awakens - A solid return. Catch up with characters and good new ones. Very fun, plus a darkness surpassed only by Empire.
The Last Jedi - Pensive and intriguing, unlike any other. Very cool, but at times tedious. Great to catch up with Luke, but contains unnecessary diversions. Breaks all the rules and I like it for it.
Battle for Endor - I like it a lot. Cindel is annoying, but Wicket rocks. Also Wilford Brimley, Charal, and Marauders are cool.
Caravan of Courage - Fun adventure story, Mace is a whiny brat, but the ewoks as a tribe are cool, and nice to see them as individuals. Gorax is awesome.
Rogue One - A pointless, unnecessary story. Nothing characters who I can't possibly care for or identify with. Awful CGI to recreate Tarkin and Leia. Only positives are cool throwaway action, decent atmosphere, and Mads Mikkelson.
Revenge of the Sith - The fall of the Jedi and the Republic, and some emperor stuff is cool, some cool worlds, but the acting is terrible. This is where the fun begins! Okay Ani, whatever you say.
Attack of the Clones - I hate sand
Phantom Menace - Yippy!
Christmas Special - Entire section spoken in Wookieee, with no subtitles. WtF. The animated part with Boba Fett was cool, but I'm only considering live-action for this post.
