I'm talking about countries with a high development index (DI). Scientists tells us we need to circumcise our infant males to prevent AIDS but only America listens to scientists. So I have two questions. Why does America end up being the only one with an AIDS problem when it should be the opposite? And why does America have a reputation for being anti science? Thank you.

I don't believe the U.S. has a significantly higher percentage of AIDS compared to other developed countries, but be aware that American citizens do tend to travel more than most, and it wouldn't surprise me if more people are simply diagnosed earlier.
If America has a "reputation" of being "anti-science", it's likely from those who rely on junk science instead of real science, and really, who cares what they think? Still, as Joseph Goebbels noted, if you tell a lie often enough it will eventually be accepted as truth. The fact is that most significant scientific, technological, and medical advancements after WWII have come from the U.S.
Well Americans are sicker all around, higher obesity rate. I believe Americans travel far less than Europeans outside their country, this is another reputation that Americans are uncultured. And health care is more expensive so I don't know why they would be diagnosed earlier.
I believe circumcision is partly the reason America has more AIDS. The other part is a large black underclass. What you said about circumcision is hysterical. Even if circumcision did prevent AIDS, which you said it does not, it would not make you healthier.

youre right about the Americans not travelling abroad as much thing though , although i cant see what bearing that has on aids
