How to: Access MovieChat boards from any TMDb (The Movie DB) page
Because I know some of you sworn to never go on IMDb again after they deleted the boards, I figured you'd like to have an alternative featuring MovieChat boards. An alternative like TMDb (https://www.themoviedb.org/), maybe?
So anyway, to do so you'll only need a couple of scripts:
Main script: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/367613
Companion script: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/29496
How does it look?

Wait, what is a 'script' anyway?
Think of it as a (usually) tiny browser extension, compatible with every browsers as long as you have a Script Manager.
I advice you to use Tampermonkey (https://tampermonkey.net/). If you're using anything else, like Greasemonkey (an infamous update broke every scripts installed a few months back), I can't help you.
Do you have something like that for IMDb?

Known 'bugs':
1. The iframe doesn't directly open the board, but shows me a list of boards instead.
Reason: TMDb is pretty secured, so I can't directly redirect you to the right board. I could fix this by using an API, but the number of requests would be limited and I'm afraid it would stop working way too fast if too many people use my token.
2. Sometimes, the MovieChat direct-link doesn't open the right board.
Reason: This shouldn't happen often, but when it does, just know it's because I'm using DuckDuckGo to 'guess' which board you're trying to see and there's a little margin of error.
3. Users can't stay logged in when they browse from TMDb.
Fix: You must allow MovieChat to use cookies in your browser settings.
4. The navbar (notification bell, etc.) doesn't appear within a thread.

PS: No one asked for it, but I did it anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
