Best and Worst People Playing Themselves?

Best for me is Neil Patrick Harris in Harold and Kumar, and Malkovich in BJM. Worst might be 50 Cent.

I like Mike Tyson in The Hangover, Ben Stiller in Extras, pretty much all of the cameos in Extras are great

Howard Stern did a good job in Private Parts.

Agreed on Malkovich!

Also, Vanilla Ice was great as himself in That's My Boy. The movie is pretty decent too.
