Are you not reading/believing what I wrote aboot the TSBs for your cars? Go to your local dealership and aks a reputable service advisor if you need to hear it from someone in uniform. Of course, you're hoping you get someone who's not just making up stories but how does one know?

If they don't know what it's aboot, aks them to look for the TSB. Then aks why they didn't tell you. If they're playing with SmartPhones at work, make a loud bird sound to get their attention.
