Favorite stories about alien discrimination?

I've watched two movies with this theme: Enemy Mine and District 9. I love both, but I'll go with District 9.

I enjoyed District 9...hell i thought it was a great SciFi shoot 'em up romp!
But Enemy Mine was an education for me...made me seek out and read stories about American slaves, explorers, Indians...Enemy Mine made me curious and i took a lot from it

This is a really good movie about the capture of an alien :
"Altered" 2006. A very unusual one.
