Should murder, battery, and assault be legalized as long as
Some person sexually assaults or hits you first.

shareI think a constraining force for self defense stands up in a court of law if there is no way to escape the situation. Obviously this would have to be shown to be true otherwise people would just beat up people all the time and fall back on this defense.
With how "Sexual assault" can be described these days without any proof required to back it up we'd have the floodgates open for people being beaten and/or killed merely for existing. With so many genders and sexualities defining how someone perceives themselves and others there would be bedlam for anyone not killed trying to support how they were defending themselves against 'oppressors'.
Sort of like how when a gender fluid, double spirit, non-cis, trans feminist walking naked on a Slut Walk decides to violently lash out against someone they perceives as looking at them funny/in a sexual way can be sanitized under the slogan of "Punch a Nazi".
Which is odd because the actual Nazis used exactly the same reasoning on their marches under the motif of "Kick a Kike".
It would seem that fascists don't see themselves as fascists and only believe their 'oppressors' are sub-humans who should be wiped out. In this case for taking a swing-and-a-miss at trying to pick someone up (Or not in some cases).

Murder is perfectly legal, if you live in a state with Castle Doctrine.
Just have your target come over, preferably late at night, and through a back door. Shoot your target. Then, go outside the door, lock it and shut it, and kick the door open.
Now call the Police and say you shot a burglar. No questions will be asked.
