Original horror movie?

Horror movies have always been mostly violence on humans. How about someone turn that around and make a horror movie on animal murder? Have a creepy, manipulative, dangerous psycho who lures dogs into loving care till he then chops them up and eats them. People love dogs and to make it horrifying and disgusting for them, the dogs are the victims of the story.

It's too horrifying nobody would watch it for entertainmet (= won't get money = that's why nobody would want to produce it).

Hmmm... maybe... if you can contact the producers of A Serbian Film. They might be interested to make one. Maybe.
