I'm with you on Richard Jaeckel! I loved Sometimes A Great Notion. He was fantastic! I can watch that one scene over and over and I am still on the edge of my seat.
I say Richard Burton in Who's Afraid Of Virginia Wolf. He should have gotten the Oscar.
Richard as Jobie with Paul ,it was riveting.
Richard should have received more than one Oscar - one of the greatest actors.
Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf , one of my all time favorites ,a splendid dramatic film with an outstanding plot twist at the end - Richard and Liz were never better and ,yes, Burton once again should have gotten an Oscar - he was superb.- Excellent choice , Margo
When you watch WAOVW now, do you notice the clues during the movie? The things that lead up to the twist at the end? I have watched it many times and I still pick up on things that are said.
shareIt has been awhile since I have seen it. As I recall , I heard somewhere about the clues so the next time I watched the movie , I did notice ,but only after the idea had been planted in my mind. Years ago when I watched it for the first time it blew me away - I had no idea- I was completely blown away.

shareGood LORD! Watch that MOVIES channel. They seem to be in love with John Wayne. There isn't a day that goes by when one of his movies isn't played.
There isn't a WEEK that goes by when you won't see Angel and the Bad Man.
Movies! That's the channel if you love John Wayne.

I didn't stay to watch the interview though. Kelly Rippa irritates the hell out of me. She also isn't very good at interviews. She seems to like the sound of her own screechy voice.
I thought of you when I heard Milla's name though.
