For many hardcore fans the scenes were too fast,the editing was bad...and,of course they didn't get what they expected...i never saw so much hate for a movie as for the final chapter.

I had really high hopes for the new Ghost in the Shell, the clips looks fantastic, and the bad reviews didn't seem to focus much on the actual movie. Too much discussion of Scarlett playing a previously Japanese character.

But I have gotten about halfway through it now, and it's not looking good. After the opening, the movie just plods along awkwardly while trying to replicate a few scenes from the anime.

I know the best stuff is probably going to be in the last half, though, so I need to finish it... But so far it's pretty bad.
