Are so weird...i've looked recently at some episodes...i was curious about them...anyway at every single line the actors said,the camera showed close - ups from every possible angle...and the way they said the lines sounds so...off.What are your opinions about them?
shareI only saw a bit of an Indian soap years ago because of my interest in Bollywood movies. It looked cheap and melodramatic, like it was made in the 80s. Worse than South American telenovelas, which at least can be funny at times.
shareNot a fan. People staring at eachother and at things for 20 minutes (or however long and episode is) while VERY DRAMATIC MUSIC plays in the background. And they're so heavy handed with their messages.
On the other hand, isn't it great that we _do_ get to see Indian soaps, even if they're not the best things out there.
