The Sixth Sense. The Usual Suspects. Scream and Scream 2. Maybe also Abre Los Ojos and Se7en.

The recent indie “Too Late” has one of the better twist-in-plain-sight endings I can recall.

House of Flying Dagger (2004). A mediocre (for a Zhang Yimou) movie saved only by the unexpected ending.

Limitless (2011). A great premise and a roller-coaster ride of a movie ruined by it's own unexpected ending.
