Am I the only one who is ok with hugs?
I don't really get it. I thought everyone liked hugs?
People tell me maybe I should restrict hugs to just a matter of seconds. So yeah, I was hugging this woman (I didn't know her, but OMG she was so damned hot) and I did just like I was told, I restricted it to seconds. I even counted and made sure the hug didn't exceed 25 seconds (but I got really close to 26).
I mean, after only 7 seconds she was already struggling to get away! What's up with that? I just whispered in her ear "Shhh, don't fight, it'll all be over soon" and she didn't move again after that. I guess I was able to calm her down with my soothing voice.
I was also told that my hands might get a little "busy" during a hug, so I made sure to correct that as well. This is another thing I practiced while hugging this beautiful strange woman -- Instead of stroking up and down her back with my hands, I kept them firmly on her buttocks and simply squeezed a little, like anyone would do in a hug.
I could tell this lady needed a hug, though, because after we were finished hugging, she collapsed to the floor and started crying. It's always good when an act of human love provokes such strong emotions, ya know?
So, maybe that means I am getting really good with my hugs. What do you think?
