Im looking for a revenge film from the 80's, maybe the 70's. I don't remember much as i watched the movie when i was a kid. all i remember is a guy modifies his car/truck into a tank type thing and goes on a revenge spree. it may have had a trailor park in it and it may have had a post apocalyptic feel to it.
