I met one from IMDB when I went to California last year, almost met up with a couple from here.

shareI remember several people from the Johnny Depp board years ago. We were always off topic there. For many years, that board was more of a general discussion board and Depp was just someone you talked about if he had a movie coming out.
One guy and gal met on that board and eventually met in person and they got married. Unfortunately, the marriage didn't last.
A couple of young women, who met on that board decided to share an apartment. That didn't work out so well either. Talk about DRAMA! They found that they didn't get along so well. One would hole up in her room with her laptop and the other , in hers. They would both be on the Depp board bad mouthing each other to everyone. It's a wonder they survived before going their separate ways!
As for me? I have never met anyone I have talked to on a movie site. I don't think I'd want to. I like the mystery.

Interesting story.... My Pink Floyd group had a meet-up, and these two also got married, still together after 8 yrs.
