On every movie and actor there is a link to imdb, why support those jerkoffs?

shareI like having the link. I agree Tom8 about the jerkoff comment, but I like being able to see the cast or a filmography if I look someone or something up. It would be nice if this site had those things, but that might be a little much to ask for. I guess we're lucky to have this forum.

shareI also see the links, but I'm OK with it as I still use IMDB. I'm not cutting off my nose to spite my face! Granted, IMDB gave us the shaft, but it's over and done. I myself still find the site useful for the detailed information given about film and tv.

I don't look at it as supporting anyone. It's a convenient way to check out any additional info that isn't here. Now we have the best of both worlds.
I like reading reviews from other people. I like to look up actors and their biography's and their list of credits.
The proper question would be "Why are there links to imdb here on moviechat."
