Lifetime Movies for women: Help with Name of A Movie

There's this lifetime movie where a middle aged woman (she was a doctor I think) kidnaps a young couples baby.

There's a scene where the middle aged woman is lying on her couch and holding the baby up and smiling at him.

At the end of the movie the middle aged woman is holding the baby in a baby carrier strapped to her chest/stomach area and the young couple chase her to the top of a building. The middle aged woman gets on a fire escape to escape.

The cops meet the couple on top of the building and the couple signals the cops to be very quiet so that the middle aged woman won't know that they are there. The couple persuades the woman to climb back up the fire escape with their baby. The minute the middle aged woman comes back up the building, she gets arrested.
