LOL I was expecting this to be some sort of joke :D
Just been reading a few news articles about this and can't quite make my mind up what to think... on one hand these people should be allowed to serve is my initial thought but I don't know all the issues that surround the impact of having trans people in the military but even if they are a pain in the ass & the military has to tip toe around them and all the PC bullshit there is only a few hundred to a couple of thousand tops so how big of an issue can it really be?

This was my feeling around the whole Marriage Equality hysteria. Even if it wasn't someone's cup of tea...gay people are already a small minority of the population, and an even smaller number of that group would want to marry. So, it was really a very small change, in the grand scheme of things.
Hardly worthy of the resistance it received.
