Need name of movie

I watched this horror movie a year or two, maybe three years ago.

Plot line is a group of I believe college friends go to a town looking for an author. It's part of a college project or something. The locals are all in on whatever it was that went on but I forgot most of the plot. One of the girls gets raped in the woods. In the end, only one escapes with the author and the author's daughter driving away. At the end the other surviving girl misses the car and is probably killed. The daughter was held hostage. When they first arrived in the town, they went to a restaurant or diner for lunch.

After google searching for hours and searching my library of more than 100,000 favorite links, I finally searched "Youtube Trailer" and clicked every name that might have been the movie. The first one I visited out of the 10-20 I clicked was the correct movie trailer and I did a google search for the title before viewing the trailer.
