Anyone ever rent or buy a movie on You Tube ??
I noticed they are two dollars cheaper than on my cable - $6.99 as compared to $4.99. Just wondering tech wise have there been any problems. They have quite a selection available.

shareThere's also another option for this😉
shareplease explain
shareExplain what,hownos?
sharethe other option
shareBasically,MissMargo has answered for me.You don't have to rent a movie just only to see it...there are many sites where you can search and see the movie you want without paying😉
shareI’m not sure where in the world that you live croft_alice, but here in North America it’s getting harder and harder to find free online content. I’ve recently tried to find some much older and obscure movies, and you had to pay to get them. I’m talking really old movies from the 1930’s that most here have probably never heard of.
I'm from a small country in eastern europe,called Romania😉
shareCool 🙂 I met a dude from Romania one time through work, and he was a real cool guy. But I'll never visit there because I'm afraid of vampires 😀
shareThe other options hownos would be itunes, Google Play Movies & TV, and Amazon Video. Of the 3, I’ve only used Amazon video and Google Play Movies & TV. I recently bought a movie from Google Play Movies & TV, but one drawback is that you can’t share it with others, unless you sign up for Google Play Family Library, which is only available in certain countries. It’s also downloaded to my Android device only. But since I bought it, I can sign into my google account and stream it from my desktop.

Nope. I just watch what's there sometimes when I can't find the movie on any of the other streaming channels/sites.
shareI did back in 2012. I rented REC2. I never had one problem with the service either. I can't say if I would recommend the service now because I haven't rented anything else from YouTube since then.
shareI'll give you my 2 cents hownos. Most of this I'm sure you already know.
Most of it depends on what your looking for.
Netflix, Amazon, Hulu. Each offers it's own perks. Amazon does have a large selection of HBO series if that is
what you want.
There are other ways to see movies. It all depends on what you are comfortable with.
There is a Kodi box which can give you access to virtually everything. .
Criterion has a streaming sight for all their movies if your looking for classics.
There is also a site that offers foreign moves if that is what you want.
I don't know if any one thing is perfect. Whose to say you can't switch it every couple months to change it up.
Of course this all has to be considered along with price and other factors.
As far as youtube I rarely use it so I can't give you an opinion on that.
it was a shit show.
shareIt is not really worth it. You might as well bootleg it.
shareare those sites safe ???
shareWell the one I am currently using, yes.
shareAre you at liberty to name it ???
shareNot on here. You never know who is a tattle tale and will get it shutdown.
shareI understand
shareBut...what are your thoughts on this?

I stick to movies/tv series and try to avoid politics and religion unless a movie/tv series is about politics or religion such as Silence.
share
Probably, but I have not.
