Robbery is very traumatic, more so than the casual observer may think. My great aunt's family was robbed, they were tied up, robbed at gunpoint. No one was hurt, jewelry, cash, and guns were stolen. Most people might think that since they were not physically harmed, then they should be alright and "get over it" pretty quickly. But my great aunt was very scared years after, and her daughter did not sleep in her own bedroom for a while.
Kim Kardashian may very well have been traumatized by this experience, I don't see how she could not have been. It may have made her a little more clingy toward her children, as my great aunt was more clingy toward her youngest daughter.
I don't think it is anything to be happy about, no matter how much money a person has, being frightened for their lives is not exactly a wonderful experience to gloat over happening.
