share1.) Give optional overtime to employees working in your warehouses. (Last I read, one has to work a 10 hour shift? Something like 6:30 a.m. in the morning to 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.?)
2.) Make the jobs, you create, less turnover
3.) Be the first to pay a $15/hr. wage to low skilled workers (11.25/hr. is not bad, but you can do better)
4.) Be more lenient on time constraints to get certain work done (setting high standards and tagging workers like water buffalo to get the job done, then firing them when they are not like robots)
More people would be applying for Amazon jobs if he were to do all of the above. Right now, working at Amazon would only be a good choice if 1.) one was out of a job or 2.) had nothing of value to contribute due to being impoverished
How about go squat on a fence post?
And yes, the thing about the Asian land war.
