I like this. Too many of the people I know personally,do this. When I call someone and realize they're driving while speaking with me,I always tell them to call me when they get home. I would feel so guilty if they hit a child.
A University of Omaha study, published three years ago, found that talking on the phone while driving impaired the driver's judgment as much as being legally intoxicated. I won't let anyone about whom I care talk to me on the phone while s/he is driving.

It should be automobilists or mobilists.
Additionally, Apple made a good attempt; however, people may still not put the setting on. Just like people on an airplane will forget to or intentionally NOT put the setting on airplane mode.
