and many others... I didn't care much for Abigail's Party, but I might give it a shot in the future, since I'm close to finishing Mike Leigh's filmography.
I loved Naked.
shareI liked it as well... I just saw "Vera Drake" - great.. As well as "Happy-Go-Lucky"
I didn't care for "Mr. Turner" either -- probably his worst one, and unfortunately, his latest one, I hope he's not losing it; Ken Loach retired, then came back with "I, Daniel Blake" a really good movie that tackles today's issues for a change (technology).
Naked was fantastic, as was Another Year.
I also really enjoyed Secrets and Lies.
He's a modern master, no question.
i look forward to every Mike Leigh movie. My favorites are Happy Go Lucky, Secrets and Lies and Vera Drake. Along with Stephen Frears, I think he's one of the best English film directors.

He's a great film director. But all of this is my opinion, so it's completely subjective! He's made so many movies and I think most of his work is way above average.
I liked "High Fidelity" haven't seen any of the others, but I'll prick my ears and keep my eyes opened :)
