I know I posted this in a reply to a similar thread, but I noticed that this site has received a mini-makeover in the course of about a week or so. Speaking of which, I've had a busy week myself, which explains why I haven't been on as much, but came back today and was delighted and surprised to see some great new updates, such as:

1.) The "In Theatres" section on the homepage

2.) A redesigned website logo (MC)

If I missed any other updates that were recently implemented, please feel free to add on to my thread.

We need a "What's on Cable" one, particularly for movies and shows.

That would be really nice too! I also noticed that some of the header titles (General Discussion, Trivia! Trivia! etc.) were changed too, when speaking in terms of their color anyway. We can also now "jump" to different areas on the homepage as well, which is great!

I think that would get a bit complicated because what is on in your country wouldn't be the same as the rest of the world.

Go onto IMDb, go to a select movie/show series page and scroll down towards the cast. Somewhere near user reviews, you will see upcoming dates, times, and a channel that that movie/show will aire. I am not sure how IMDb works for other countries, but it is helpful for people in the U.S.

I guess it would be nice but it might also get too crowded. maybe they can make that one optional, and those who want it will see it, and others can collapse that part so it only shows the first two Trending bars.

It could. I do not have cable, so it would be completely useless to me.

And a couple other minor changes include the changing of the colors (forum titles and buttons are now more orange, and the buttons become highlighted if you hover your mouse cursor over it. I don't think it did that before?)

Another change is the "About | Contact | Privacy" links at the bottom.

And the title on the Home Page.

It's already available. It's for Platinum members only. We're an exclusive club so you might not get the privilege.

Um, what? I'm 98% sure that isn't a thing. Jim would have made an announcement about something like that. Besides, he said he didn't need funds, although donations are welcome.

I just noticed the links at the bottom of the page. It used to have links only to twitter and facebook. Jim has added more. Thank you Jim.

I want your posts & replies to be in RED, Jim. So much easier to find. After not being on since the changes, the first thing I did was to hunt for an update post and went all the way to page 3, started over, then found your post. Please color your username RED.

I'd like to see the 'search bar' automatically come up with titles upon typing a letter or two.

That would be a nice feature! In fact, Google's search bar seems to be set up like that as well.

Today, he switched the order of "Trending" and "In Theaters" so the former is on top.

I also noticed links to buy/rent some movies on the individual boards.

Thanks for the additional info! Who needs IMDb at this point when we practically have everything we need here?
