Trolls throw a fit once moderators start enforcing rules?

Seeing as yet there are no moderators or even rules here to enforce, and yet I've noticed plenty trolls throwing conniptions in mere anticipation of rules and moderators, it doesn't take much brain power to figure out who's a troll.
