how did you make the title grey? pretty slick.

It's some kinda trick. It's the class for a deleted thread that comes up as grey. But obv the thread is not deleted.
I am trying to reproduce it in the sandbox and failed, but I did make an invisible thread that you cannot enter. LOL

ok I cracked it

1.make a new thread
2. open it in 2 windows
3. In one window, delete the thread
4. In the other window, do not refresh, and click the edit button and add your title back in

voila, grey text in the title

Now I feel bad for mercator, they see all these replies and then open it and find out it's all about the font color and not about B&W movies.

Mercator, I love B&W movies. They are just more luminous. Old B&W photos too.
I don't think I prefer them to color because there are just so many color movies that are great, but I do really love a good B&W from the golden age. Esp. film noir.

Genres like westerns and musicals do make great use of color though. But the suspense, crime, mystery and horror genres are fabulous in B&W.

I thought of that too. I love B&W films, but don't necessarily prefer them to color.
