I used to do some ammunition reloading, so I used this name on some outdoor and reloading forums. It kinda stuck.

I go on here as gcarras and SJC, both variations on my name ("g" in the first is my late dad's initial;) J is my middle initials

It's from a line in Stephen King's It. One of the character's says writes a poem for a girl he likes that goes something like,
'Your hair is winter fire, January embers,
My heart burns there too.'

So I like Winter Fire, but I also like the imagery of a winter 'fir' a.k.a a Christmas tree, so I got rid of the first E and turned the second into a number.
