Please let me know if there's a better place to put these:

1) Richer edit control for posts. Start with IMDb parity (some emphasis, a spoiler tag, quote tag, etc.)

2) Threaded (cascading) discussion format. This makes self-filtering so much easier (can ignore entire sub-thread from a particular user's point of view if it doesn't agree with you)

3) Ignore lists (ala-IMDb) were very much a MUST for making some groups tolerable.

4) User profile includes email address (kept private) with an option to receive email notifications of replies to your discussion posts

I don't know if this is where I should put this but it is very difficult to read the parent post as the letters are very light grey in a grey background. It's impossible to read. Please consider fixing in the future.
