I had a look at that site but I much prefer the familiarity of this one. It does need a bit of work but at least all the boards are saved. Good luck to Jim. He must be working day and night to accommodate all us refugees.

I found out about this two days ago, and it looks much more promising than the other alternative sites. Once this site is at 100% it will be worth it! I posted something on IMDB's Facebook page, and on few IMDB message boards over the weekend.

I've been tempted to leave links to here on IMDB's Facebook page, but part of me says that's not a very wise idea to do that right underneath IMDB's nose where they can know exactly where pages like this are

This site (my favorite so far) is competing with these below, which were mentioned very often before the IMDB closing:

I still think this place is the best. It doesn't have the polish (yet) of the others, but it has archived threads that they don't have. If those users are open to moving, I'd like to get them over here. Because if we are all too separated, these boards will never be much in the way of discussion when nobody replies to anything.
